Product:
Fulfillment of custom pen, bib, product literature, customer supplied product.

Objective:  
Presentation of new product to doctor’s and prospective users as well as fulfillment of the kits as needed.

Products Used: 
Four color custom corrugated box with inside cut out to hold can of product
Full color wrap printed pen
Baby Bib with product character
Information brochures and contacts for product

Process:
Client told me of need to create a package to be used to present to prospective users and doctors.  They needed to contain their baby supplement product and pertinent information.  The size of the product and information dictated the size of the box that was selected.  The product was to be put in a cut out in the box and next to it was a cello bag that held the brochures, bib and pen.

The initial order was for quantities of 2500 of each item.  They were received by Visions and were assembled in groups of 600.  The completed kits were sent to the clients’ warehouse approximately every three months for them to be distributed to their sales team.

Results: 
Very successful introduction and distribution of product.  Project was continued and two additional product presentations and fulfillment were produced.
