Birthday/Anniversary Program

Objective: 
To give gifts to employees for personal milestones: birthday, wedding, new baby, new home purchase and two year anniversary with company.

Products used:
Birthday:  Custom popcorn box, bag of caramel popcorn, Blockbuster card, birthday card
Wedding:  Nambe candlesticks
New Home:  Fleece cuddle blanket, flashlight
New Baby:  Baby blanket with the baby’s initials and date of birth and onesie with the clients logo
Two Year Anniversary:  Kenneth Cole Watch

Process: 
Presented several options for each milestone.  After selection was made client determined need to have Visions do the fulfillment of the birthday gifts.  Each month Visions is sent a list of birthdays and addresses of recipients.  We then package the popcorn boxes, coupons and cards and send them out to be received on the person’s birthday.  When a new baby is born, we are emailed the initials and date and have the blanket embroidered and sent to the client to be sent out.

Results:
The program runs very smoothly as the products are ordered in advance so their presentation is very timely.
